Check out this Torched Toro Sushi! I had something similar to this once at Horoki, but it could be a good excuse to finally add a blow torch to the kitchen utensils and do it at home.

It’s off this crazy site called Luxirare apparently it’s a weekly webzine dedicated to clothing and cuisine. The Japanese and seafood sections are amazing! There’s some pretty inventive ideas and there’s great photos of every step in the process.
